Ground is expected to be broken in American Fork for a 29,000 square foot Class A warehouse building located at 871 S. Auto Mall Dr. The warehouse is already 100 percent pre-leased.
Brian Fruit, and Tracy Burnham are partnering on the project. 16,000 square feet of the structure will be used by the local Kneaders restaurant chain as a central distribution center while the balance will be occupied by Lizard Skins, a company owned by Fruit that manufactures accessories for bicyclists. Tom Stuart Construction will be the general contractor on the project, which Fruit said should take five to six months to complete.
OREM, UT —
Software company Xactware Solutions Inc., based in Orem was one of four to get an incentive for growth last week from the Governor's Office of Economic Development board. Xactware Solutions Inc., will invest more than $130 million in a new campus-type facility that will add over 859 jobs over the next 20 years.
Xactware, is a member of the Verisk Insurance Solutions Group whose products are used for estimating buildings and repairs.

The Larry H. Miller group plans to break ground with a new Lexus dealership in Murray, Utah beginning in June of 2012.
The new Lexus dealership will be located at 5680 S. State Street, across from the current Lexus location. Plans also include a transformation of the existing space, which will become a mecca for pre-owned automobiles.
Big-D Construction has been named the General Contractor for the project and the expansion has been designed by FFKR Architect.
